The Intro to Robotics is a class in which students learn to program and maneuver robots using lego robotics kits. They work in pairs to program these robots to do basic movements, such as turning, moving forward, and at the end of the week, dancing. Not only are the students learning new skills in technology, they are using leadership skills and cooperation.  Mrs. Winnick Carr says,"They are learning how to solve problems. How do I get my robot from point A to point B efficiently."

This class is offered at the Mississsippi School for Math and Science’s annual summer enrichment camp. For more information visit themsms.org.
